Refunds and Returns

Guiding Lights Boutique will refund any damaged or lost in mail items or send a replacement at no cost to you.   and will send you a return label.  

If you would like to return an item, I will Send you a return label at no cost to you.  That will have to be printed out and placed on return package.  your refund or replacement will be sent as soon as tracking is updated and shows movement.

When exchanging an item return label will be at no cost.  However, you may be charged for the exchange being sent back to you.

we will work with any customer on any returns or exchanges.   Your 100% Happiness is our goal.
